Finance Integration

Start date: Within 1 month from now

Interview process: Skype, zoom or equivalent (video)

Location: Remotely at the beginning then a combination of office. Role based in Copenhagen, Denmark

Experience required:

  • M&A experience 
  • Project management 
  • Experience in finance integration 
  • Bilingual(Danish/English) is essential
  • Need to have 15+ years of experience
  • Experience in large, multinational and prominent companies
  • Strong experience of finance workstreams
  • TSA governance and exit strategy experience 
  • .Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of consulting and/or finance experience, e.g. controller, finance manager, finance integration…
  • Finance integration and/or project management in large multinationals
  • Finance and accounting process flows and internal control concepts
  • Working under TSA (transition service agreement)

 

We are looking to provide support in the execution of the day-to-day financial integration plan of the business and manage stakeholder expectations.  

 

This position is expected to lead program management activities and to ensure that the financial statements and reporting requirements are submitted accurately and timely and that all internal controls and policies are adhered to.

 

• Support the Finance Integration Lead to ensure timely execution of deliverables

• Manage risks and solve business needs that arise

• Coordinate team deliverables and ensure timely execution of plan tasks

• Lead project change management
• Review key agreements
• business and financial processes. 
• Assist with transitioning Accounting Services and Transactions Processing to the Global Business Service Center (GBSC)

• Lead compliance efforts with MA policies and procedures (e.g. financial, operational) 
• Review controls and drive opportunities for improvement
