We are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to work for a well-known organisation based in Central London. This is an exciting role to further your career within support and infrastructure. This is a reputable client who are looking for the right person with great technical understanding, communication skills and personality to support the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting over 200 workstations across the business
- Answering calls and email requests
- Providing deskside support
- Generic Microsoft, Windows and Mac OS support
- Active Directory objects management
Experience required:
- Prior experience providing 2nd line support
- Printer support
- Network knowledge and skills
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Asset Management
- Office365 and MS Office Suites
