1st Line Support / Technical Support - Mansfield
Fantastic opportunity for a 1st Line Support / Help Desk / Service Desk professional to join an award winning services company in Mansfield!
You'll provide ongoing technical assistance for hardware and software including LAN, application support, CCTV systems, VOIP and much more.
Previous experience providing remote / phone support to IT systems would be welcome, particularly around LAN / WAN / Wifi / Mobile / DNS / DHCP / Port Forwarding / CCTV / Microsoft / Windows / Office / iPhone / Android and so on - but don't worry if you've not done the whole list above - there's room to train and grow within the role!
Desired Skills:
- 1st Line / Support / Service Desk experience with networking / LAN / WAN / Wifi / Windows / Microsoft etc.
- A genuine interest in the IT industry / IT technologies and working 'hands on' within the field.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and positive attitude.
