1st Line Help desk Engineer - Surrey Salary 16-18 k
We are recruiting for a 1st Line Engineer to join a busy team of engineers based in Surrey. The 1st Line Engineer will be working in a help desk environment providing technical support to customers and recording any incidents and queries that come through whilst working to SLA's resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 6-12 months in a support role
* Experience in a Help desk environment
* Able to log customer issues (Ticketing systems)
* Experience of supporting Microsoft server, Exchange , Office 365
* Excellent communication skills
